Making Money by Building Dynamically Created Websites
This has been my plan for a long time, and has not been a successful venture. I have come to realize that before building a self generating website you must first scope out the competition, and realize that anything that you think of quickly is probably already been done. I built a classifieds website that is 100% free to use, extreemly easy to use, and has many features. How hard is it to get just 10 posts a day and attempt to sell advertising? Nearly impossible, first you must have excellent SEO, and a huge advertising budget to get your page content up to snuff. The large advertising budget makes it unreasonable to be a free site, so then you start charging for posts, and guess what? You end up with nobody wanting to post now because everybody is posting on the free sites that were first set up, which already have massive content, and are already at the top of the search results. Case and point: do your research! If there are over 200 hits for your topic on google, then you need to make it a more specific nich, or change the topic and idea entirely, or else you are wasting your time. I had an idea: make a dating site since there are so many singles and divorces these days, then I did research and found out that there are so many dating sites up and on the prowl because its such a simple task to make a php dating site, that in order to climb the ladder and get enough users to keep other users interested enough to join you need a $10,000 startup advertising budget! Crazy isnt it? Mabey you will find a good idea, but without an extreemly original idea (ie your one of the first 20 people to successfuly implement the idea), dont waste your time.
